Mazzer Texsleeve™

The Mazzer Texsleeve™ textile protection sleeve is designed to protect people and machinery by protecting and bundling hydraulic and pneumatic hoses, cables, and wires.  Texsleeve™ is specially engineered for the reduction and containment of pin hole occurrences.

Mazzer Texsleeve™ is manufactured from continuous nylon fiber, which is treated with a special de-aerizing process before the textile process.  Thanks to this treatment, all the air present in the fiber is blown out to give the textile wire the best possible compactness and strength.

The result is a "super compact textile wire" which is totally different from conventional texturized fibers (such as Cordura) that allow air to remain inside after the textile process.  Mazzer's de-aerizing treatment assures fiber with the highest possible resistance modulus, far superior to any standard fiber existing on the market.
